We will happily accept returned items for a full refund within 14 days from the moment you receive your item without any questions asked. Recipient date is determined using the corresponding shipment status via the shipment carrier and/or tracking number. To be eligible for a refund, all items must be in original condition and must not be damaged, or altered in any shape or form. All tags must also still be attached in order to receive a refund. If any tags are taken off the merchandise, it is considered used and therefore it is not eligible for a refund. Please contact us prior to any returns to arrange for the transaction.
